Engagements are 90-day blocks, renewable. This gives both sides a real review point. We rescope or move on at the end of each block.

I work alongside your team, not above it. I plug into your tools and your standups. I don't replace your existing leaders, I make them more effective.

Bench operators come in when scope calls for it. Every engagement starts with me. When the work expands beyond my lane, I bring in the right specialist from the bench, vetted and accountable to the same outcome.

Can I switch tiers between blocks?

Do you work with my existing team?

Is there a contract minimum?

Each retainer block is a 90-day commitment. After that, renewable in 90-day blocks.

Do you sign NDAs?
